Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must not have been used or damaged
  • All accessories and labels must be present
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt

Return Process

To return a product:

  1. Contact us via our Contact page to obtain a return authorization
  2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging
  3. Send the parcel to the address we will provide you
  4. Keep your proof of postage

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened (beauty products, personalized items, etc.).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
